HOW ARE WE MANAGING COVID-19 IN THE CLINIC??

We understand that you may not wish to undergo appointments at this time given the COVID-19 situation.

 

I would like to take this time to assure you that patient and staff care is of our upmost concern.

It is for this reason we would like to offer CONTACTLESS CONSULTATIONS.

 

For the time being we are still offering appointments in the clinic, providing you are well and have not traveled recently we are happy to see you.

We are taking as many precautions to keep safe whilst we are in the clinic. Our disinfecting practices have always been of a high standard, we are just cleaning a little more frequently than we used to in order to protect our staff and patients.

 

What does Contactless Consultations mean??

 

If you live Locally we can arrange for your machine to be collected by our staff. Once the data has been downloaded and assessed a consult will be conducted by phone, Skype or Email (whichever is your preference)

If you are regional and do not have access to AirView you can post the SD card from your machine. we can view the data online and a consult will be conducted by phone, Skype or Email (whichever is your preference).

If you have an AirSense 10 machine and it supports remote monitoring – we can view the data online and a consult will be conducted by phone, Skype or Email (whichever is your preference). Unsure if you have remote monitoring? Give us a call and we can guide you through this to find out.

 

If you have an older machine and cannot get the machine to the clinic for a download, we can conduct a consult (again, phone, Skype or Email) during which time we can guide you through the process to manually retrieve the required data from your machine.
